Priority Service Agreements

A Priority Service Agreement (PSA) is designed to grant special privileges to the signer by obligating a restoration contractor to grant their mitigation priority status. Emergency Response Plans, or ERPs, make similar promises. Unfortunately, in the wake of a catastrophe those PSA/ERP obligations often become impossible to fulfill due of the amount of requested work needed simultaneously at multiple locations for multiple clients.

As a mobilization company, we dispatch crews and equipment from one of our fixed bases outside the impacted area to begin cleaning up as soon as it is safe to do so. ARS can be on your disaster jobsite with crews and equipment working in as little as 24-48 hours after your call.
