How We’ve Responded to Commercial Losses
Commercial Restoration case studies
American Restoration Solutions responds to fire, flood, smoke & water damage daily. We understand that a rapid response to these situations can make the difference between hours of downtime or days of downtime. Following the notification of a loss, we dispatch a project manager with a small advance team that arrives within in an hour to provide initial guidance, consult with stakeholders and design a mitigation plan while the office dispatches additional crew and equipment as needed.
Below are case studies highlighting different types of commercial properties we’ve responded to for different losses and services rendered.
Hotel with Frozen Pipes
Following a deep freeze in central Texas, local powerplants were taken offline. Entire cities were left without the ability to heat their structures. ARS deployed field crew & equipment to assist mitigation efforts including a Hyatt hotel that was under construction and impacted on multiple floors by water damage from frozen pipes.
Working diligently throughout the building in separate crews, ARS:
Provided Moisture Maps of All Affected/Unaffected Rooms
Removed All Unsalvageable & Wet Debris
Setup Containment & Drying Equipment
Mitigated Two Floors of Guest Rooms & Common Areas

Flooded BigBOX Retail storeS
Every case of water damage is different, but our approach remains the same: Get in, dry out, & clean up as quickly as possible while providing excellent customer service & results.
MICROCENTER
In the aftermath of a tropical storm, ARS was contacted by the electronics retailer because ground water penetrated their building’s lower-level warehouse storage area at multiple points of entry. We deployed a team of over 20 skilled technicians to mitigate the loss and minimize disruptions to store operations. Our initial emergency response performed water extraction and emergency drying. In the days that followed, our teams worked diligently to remove saturated materials, catalog damaged contents and clean the structure.
DOLLAR GENERAL
A manager on duty noticed a leak coming through the shared wall of an adjacent empty grocery store. ARS was dispatched to provide emergency water extraction & drying. Our crew arrived onsite in under an hour and began working immediately. Equipment was setup to continue the drying process while minimizing impact to merchandise access and sales. The project manager onsite gained access to the vacant space next door and discovered the source of the leak and a massive mold condition left by the previous tenant.
